Welp, it appears they are going to give it a go and try to have someone hoist the Cup. Not sure this is going to work. I guess I'll believe it when I see it.
If they resume, I like the Blues chances but fear they might not be young enough and fast enough to overcome the very short camp, before playing for real. That is going to be more of a factor than people think. For the older players, it is going to be a challenge and even a bit risky. If they can stay healthy and play that choking, grinding style we saw in the playoffs last year, they can win it all again. But I think the skilled teams with more youth will definitely have an advantage...
I assume every Blue is healthy and will play, other than Bouwmeester. It will be interesting to see if any of them went Keith Tkachuk and shows up 30 lbs overweight or just not in shape. If Hull were still playing, he would be my pick for that...
